9 out of 10 voices in my head tell me i'm normal.i think studying psychomed triggers binge eating. or maybe, you could just call me greedy.
the other weekend while grocery shopping with my mom, struck by a sudden flash of inspiration i put celery sticks to snack on in the basket, with thoughts of me turning vegetarian spinning merrily in my mind. oh yes, one step away from a leaner, meaner, sexier bodaay.
today, in between reading up on schizophrenia and personality disorders, i was virtuously munching on some of them sticks. and in that same moment i decided that a little blue cheese wouldn't hurt, nor would fried bacon, and most definitely not a whole freakin' bar of cookie dough kit kat. the voices in my head made me do it.
but then again, it ain't half bad, because today is the day i ran (albeit not for very long) for a second time in two consecutive days. go me.

it was a wretched sense of deja vu, of feeling that i was in this same place some time ago, not too long ago. suddenly, all its attached memories began unfolding as they always do. and they always will.
i'm afraid i can't say that i enjoy psychmed, personally i think it's thoroughly depressing and the patients themselves, frankly quite mad. i hated my time at imh, hated the austere and dimly lit wards and interview rooms, and the locks and the patients staring in blankly at us. i'm unwittingly and subconsciously on my guard most of the time, it's tiring and not a feeling i enjoy.
i suppose on this sombre note it'd be safe and appropriate to say that i miss my girlfriends overseas. come back soon y'all.
